The Pain Relief Center accepts most insurance plans: SAG, AFTRA, Motion Picture, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Healthnet, ASHP, ACN and many others.  We also accept MasterCard & Visa.  For PRC billing questions, please call 818-505-0816 and ask for “Billing”.

We are conveniently located in the heart of Los Angeles, near the 101 and the 405 freeways.  For more information regarding travel accommodations, please contact our office.   Free Patient Parking is available in the “Times Square Shopping Center”.  We are located between Laurel Canyon & Coldwater Canyon exits of the 101 Freeway
